1 lb ground beef (80% lean)

4 brioche burger buns 

4 slices cheddar cheese

Lettuce, tomato, and onion for garnish 

Salt and pepper to taste


For the jalapeño honey glaze:

1 cup dark honey

2 jalapeños, finely chopped

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1⁄2 tsp garlic powder

Salt and black pepper to taste
